DEAVER
The first floor plan of this 1925 center hall residence originally designed by architect Robert McGoodwin was carefully worked open with respect for the original design to respond to the needs of the current owners' 21st century lifestyle.
Small kitchen windows were replaced with large French doors to create direct access to a patio and the gardens allowing the owners to fully enjoy all indoor and outdoor spaces.
